A 12-week practical formation programme for cell leaders who must shepherd people, grow disciples, grow attendance, integrate members into the wider church, lead prayer and Spirit-led ministry responsibly, build strong relationships, resolve conflict, administer faithfully, keep auditable records, work with church oversight and develop multiplying leaders.
